Prior to an intercultural communication training a need-assessment is made so that the training can be tailor-made according to the specific needs, expectations and requirements of each individual or group. Maintaining continuous contact with the client, Human Entrance´s consultants identify the core needs of the target group and subsequently propose a training outline. Once the course content and outline have been established in cooperation with the client, we proceed to undertake the training.
