Ethical standards and guidelines

Our Code of Conduct states Human Entrance’s ethical policy and provides basic guidelines for situations that challenge our adherence to it.

Our objective is to uphold the highest ethical standards in all our business relationships. These standards apply to every marketplace where Human Entrance is engaged in service delivery and include our members of staff, our service partners and associates at all levels.

We hold corporate and social objectives by focusing on the areas of Environment, Non-Discrimination, and Charity Contributions. We aim to be transparent and ethical in all our dealings, as well as making a positive contribution to the communities we operate.

Our Policy:

We comply with all applicable legislation in all territories including, without limitation, employment discrimination, health, safety and environmental laws including a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.

We conduct all our business with honesty, truthfulness, transparency and integrity in all our dealings with potential, current and past clients, both in terms of normal commercial confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing the business services concerned.

We maintain the quality of what we do through proactive and ongoing review with our clients, of all aims, activities, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every activity. We encourage regular review meetings and provide regular progress reports.

We always strive to be fair and objective in our advice and actions, and we are never influenced in our decisions, actions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, colour, age or personal disability.

Our service partners and associates will be held responsible for observance of our Code of Conduct. Failure to comply with our Code of Conduct will leave a partner liable to suspension and possible termination of our business relationship.
