Sweden’s Entry Ban Extended

Sweden’s Entry Ban Extended

The Swedish Government has extended the entry ban to Sweden until November 31st 2021 for people travelling from EU/EEA countries and until January 31st 2022 if you are travelling from a non EU/EEA country. The requirement to provide a vaccine certificate, negative Covid-19 test result or a certificate confirming recovery from Covid-19 upon entry, also stays in place and Nordic countries continue to be exempt.

For people travelling from outside the EU/EEA, entry to Sweden is only allowed if they are covered by one of the exemptions from the entry ban and present a negative Covid-19 test result.
